Special condition - Birthday promotion

If you celebrated your birthday with us last year... this year, the birthday boy or girl gets in FREE!

- The gratuity will be applied only once per birthday, regardless of the total number of attendees (20, 30 or more).

- In case of shared birthdays, the promotion remains the same: only one free child per celebration.

Birthday gift:

•The 1,000-point reward is unique per birthday, whether it is an individual or shared celebration.

•On shared birthdays:

•The 1,000 points will be awarded to only one of the birthday celebrants, or

•They may divide among themselves, as agreed with the center.

•Under no circumstances will 1,000 points be awarded per child for shared celebrations.

General terms and conditions

Access and general conditions

•No outside food or beverages are permitted.

•All prices include VAT.

•To confirm your reservation, a deposit of €30 will be required, which will be deducted from the final cost of the birthday party.

•The cake is not included in the price. If you bring a cake from outside, you must provide your own plates and cutlery.

•Please be punctual. The start of the birthday party may be delayed by a maximum of 30 minutes. After this time, the immediate availability of the courts and the recovery of lost time cannot be guaranteed.

Duration of the activity

•2 hours and 30 minutes: menu + 1 game of bowling.

•3 hours and 30 minutes: menu + 2 games of bowling.

Food, allergies, and intolerances

•In the case of children with celiac disease or food allergies/intolerances, it is essential to inform the center:

•At the time of booking, and

•Upon arrival at the center on the day of the birthday.

•This information is necessary for the center to assess and offer the best possible solution based on availability and internal protocols.

•Ozone Bowling is not responsible for incidents arising from failure to give prior notice of allergies or intolerances.

Reservations, modifications, and cancellations

•The amount paid for the reservation is non-refundable.

•In case of cancellation, the amount may be exchanged for a voucher to be used at the center, valid for one month from the original date of cancellation.

•Once the birthday has been charged, no changes or refunds will be made.

•Any changes to the date, time, or number of participants must be requested by email and will be subject to availability and express confirmation by the center.

•Modifications must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance in order to be evaluated.

•The number of participants billed will be as indicated in the confirmed reservation.

•Additional participants will be subject to availability.

•In the event of a reduction in the number of participants, the same modification protocol will apply and no refund will be made.

Terms of use and safety guidelines

•Minors must be under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

•The use of the facilities must be carried out in accordance with the safety regulations indicated by the center's staff.

•The use of sparklers, special candles, confetti, and/or piñatas is not permitted.

•Offers and promotions cannot be combined.

•Availability on weekends and holidays must be checked in advance.

•Ozone Bowling reserves the right to refuse admission and to interrupt the activity in the event of inappropriate behavior or behavior that jeopardizes safety.

•For technical or organizational reasons, the center may make adjustments to schedules or activities, always offering an equivalent alternative.
