In Ozone Bowling we are concerned about the privacy of our users, as well as protect the information of the same in a safe way. Based on the data protection regulations, we want to inform our users about the processing that we do with their personal data. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6.1.b), the user's consent given through a clear informative action.

The data will be kept for the time necessary for the performance of the activities detailed above, in any case at any time you may revoke the consent given by contacting our internal information system at Canal ético - Ozone Bowling.

 

5.- To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the entities, except in the cases provided for by law. In any case, to carry out the identified purposes, the entity may hire suppliers, who act in the capacity of Data Processor. In any case, your personal data will not be transferred to countries located outside the European Union.

 

6.- What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

The interested party may exercise the rights detailed below by contacting our Internal Information System at Canal ético - Ozone Bowling.

  • Right of access: This is the right of the data subject to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, the right of access to the personal data.

  • Right to object: This is the right of the data subject, in certain circumstances and for reasons related to his or her particular situation, to object to the processing of his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  • Right to data portability: This is the right of the data subject to receive personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller without being prevented from doing so by the controller to whom he/she had provided it, provided that the conditions set forth in Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met.

 

7.- Changes in the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence or interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
