Ozone Bowling officially opens Europe's largest leisure center

The mayor of Los Barrios, Miguel Alconchel, and the CEO of Ozone, Nicolás Quereda, have officially inaugurated the Mega Ozone Bowling leisure park, which opened a few weeks ago in the former Bricor store, located in the Palmones business park.

The inauguration was attended by most of the councilors of the municipal government team, as well as business representatives and the media.

A leisure center with a mega electric go-kart track, a bowling alley with 24 lanes, a go-kart area, inflatables, amusement machines and a wide range of restaurants.

It also has an attraction called HOOP, a mega inflatable designed specifically for the Palmones facilities with more than 1,000 square meters full of surprises and activities.

These attractions are wrapped in a myriad of sports, virtual reality, children's and arcade machines.

The Del Poble Pizzeria restaurant group, which has more than 35 establishments, has a large restaurant area called Gastro Plaza, with an area of more than 1,000 square meters with different atmospheres and types of food.

This leisure space has an area of more than 12,000 m2 "a leisure concept for the whole family and has been described as the largest leisure center in Europe," said Alconchel.

This new leisure area also has a space of 1,000 m2 of inflatables, including a soccer field and a basketball court.

Also noteworthy is the large bowling lane area, 24 bowling lanes, with a mega LED screen along the entire bowling area as a scoreboard.

Another novelty is the karting track with electric karts, intelligent cars with computer control, which will be able to race on a 575 m2 track.

"Los Barrios and specifically our business park once again consolidates its image as a benchmark in leisure and entertainment in the region, betting on creating totally different and innovative spaces," said the mayor.

This new space will be the fourth center that the brand opens in Andalusia and the first in the province of Cadiz. So far, the company already operates in cities such as Cordoba, Granada and Seville. It also has 25 other centers throughout Spain.

This company from Alicante has invested around 4.5 million euros to adapt the former Bricor store in Palmones and has hired around 50 workers to attend to this mega leisure complex.

Finally, they have also created a Fast Zone (VIP), next to the karting, for companies to make presentations, offer training or meetings with customers or employees.
