Viana, October 2, 2026. – Ozone Bowling continues to accelerate its expansion in Spain and now has 37 leisure centers with bowling alleys following the opening of its first location in Navarre. The arrival in Viana marks the company’s entry into a new region as part of its growth strategy and solidifies its position as the company with the largest number of leisure centers with bowling alleys in the country.
The opening of the Viana location is part of a particularly busy year for Ozone, which has added six new centers in 2026. Granada Serrallo, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Torrevieja Habaneras, Torrevieja Paseo del Mar, and Tenerife were the previous additions to a network that continues to expand with this new location in Navarra.
“We are in a significant growth phase for Ozone. Our expansion into Navarra means much more than just a new opening: it represents the addition of a new region to our network and demonstrates our commitment to continued growth in Spain. Our goal is to continue identifying new locations and developing projects that will allow us to bring our leisure model to new markets,” explains Nicolás Quereda, CEO of Ozone Bowling.
The new center in Viana, located in the Las Cañas Retail Park, features 16 bowling lanes and a range of complementary recreational activities, including HOOP, inflatable soccer, simulators, and various fitness and arcade machines. Its location allows Ozone to expand its catchment area to include the Logroño and La Rioja regions, in addition to Navarre.
Ozone's growth will continue over the coming months. The company plans to open a new center in Oviedo before the end of 2026, as part of a roadmap that calls for reaching 50 centers in Spain by the end of 2027.
The expansion strategy combines entering new markets with different formats and leisure offerings. In addition to bowling, Ozone centers can incorporate activities such as HOOP, go-karting, dining, simulators, and other sports and recreational offerings, adapting the concept to the characteristics of each location and market.
The company currently has about 600 employees and continues to explore new opportunities to expand its national presence.
Ozone Bowling's history in the industry dates back to 1974, when José Antonio Quereda opened Spain's first certified bowling alley in Benidorm.
More than five decades later, the company has evolved into a model of entertainment centers that combine bowling with a variety of activities and experiences. Its current strategy remains focused on growth and geographic expansion, with the gradual addition of new markets to its network.
With 37 locations in Spain, six new openings in 2026, and a goal of reaching 50 locations by 2027, Ozone Bowling continues to expand its presence in the national leisure market.
